Skim Coat Description
VANJOIN is a finishing cementitious plaster specially formulated for cimcrete surfaces and pre-casts for indoor and outdoor use. it offers excellent non-sag properties that provide great workability on overhead and vertical applicatoins.

It's as easy as...
1.surface preparation
Remove all dust, oil or traces of foreign materials.Dampen the dry concrete or plastered surface before application of VANJOIN Skim Coat.
2.Mixing
Add approximately 7 liters of eater to 20 kg of VANJOIN Skim Coat. Mix thoroughly for several minutes until desired homogeneous paste is achieved. For COLORED Skim Coat, use an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes until an even color is attained. The skim coat paste will remain usable for approximately 3-4 hours after mixing.
3. Mixing Ratio: Please follow the ratio of "Skim Coat : Water = 1:0.6" to mix evenly, the amount of water added depends on the construction consistency, after mixing evenly, put it aside for 5 minutes, then stir for a while to use.
(Tip: This product can not be mixed with low quality latex, so as not to cause adverse reactions.)

4. Use steel scraper or trowel to scrape according to routine, avoid scraping too many times; usually scrape twice, the second scraping should be done after the first scraping coating dried.
5. Scraping Thickness: 0.5-1.0mm, Dosage: 1-1.5kg/m2, twice is ok.
6. Dosage: Theoretical Consumption Value: 1-1.5kg/m2 (skim coat thickness: 1 mm ).
7. Surface Treatment: if the wall surface is smooth, or it belongs to new building materials like gypsum partition board, polystyrene board, gypsum plaster board, etc., the interface agent needs to be used.
8. Coating and Leveling: Because the skim coat is with high intensity, it should use scraper to smoothening and leveling when skim coat at semi-dry condition(pressing by hand with no deformation).

Notice:
1. Construction Temperature: above 5℃,not lower than 0 ℃ during solidification process.

2. Storage
(1) Store in cool and dry place, should be waterproof, dampproof. Storage period is six months.
(2) Construction temperature should be above 0℃,skim coat should be used within 4-5 hours when it's mixed into paste, avoid deteriorating after long time.
(3) Skim coat powder cannot be used with other skim coat at same construction face, to avoid chemical reaction and color difference.

3. Transportation: Transport as Non-dangerous Article
