1 . Introduction Of Vanjoin Cement Mortar:
Vanjoin cement mortar is a kind of mortar which can sustain certain deformation without cracking, made from the antimitotic agent, cement, and sand toa certain proportion, This is a new type of anti-cracking material, has added our own additives with patent, perfectly combined with our EPS composite sandwich wall panel and produce mutual acting force.
It is made of high quality and special cement, polymer materials and filler with unique craft. Thus it has some advantages of goof water-retention, high bonding strength, etc., which make the bonding of panels, panel and original walls guaranteed.

4 . Construction Method Of Vanjoin Cement Mortar:
1) Mixing with water. Dry powder and water ratio of 1:0.21～0.24 (Or according to construction hand adjust the water added). Using electric mixer mixing evenly. Put it aside for 3-5 minutes, then can use it after beening a little stir. If it becomes too dry during the process of using it, you can add appropriate amount of water and then mix evenly. It is strictly prohibited to mix water in dry solid mortar.
2) Daubing mortar evenly during installation the wall panel. If necessary, the squeezing out mortar need to clean ASAP.
5 . Disposure Method Of Vanjoin Cement Mortar:
Should be classified stored at 5 Deg-35Deg in cool and dry place. Prohibit rain erosion. Valid period for 6 months.
