Production Process:
Main materials for light weight energy saving wall panel production include face board, cement, sand, EPS, water, etc. Except raw material secondary processing and other processes before mix (that are dry processes), the entire process use semo-dry method, such as mixing processing, curing process, therefore the fly dust is not much and not much environment pollution. Fly dust is impossible to disappear in the assembling and disassembling mould process.
