Component:

1 . Foaming System.

1) Boiler system

The equipment is mainly used for supplying steam for the foaming equipment to foam EPS foam. We used

electric heating boiler, which is heating water by electric energy to obtain the specified parameters of steam or hot

water. The boiler's thermal efficiency is higher than 98%. Electricity is used for the boiler to heat, clean and

pollution-free at site.

2) Continuous pre-expander machine (EPS foaming machine)

The machine adopts PLC and touch screen control, automatic filling, electronic weighing, temperature control,

material level control to realize automatic production.

It is complete with Screw Convey and Electronic Weighing system. It can realize the primary and second

expansion.
